• NYS law mandates that you must be 21 and over to enter our establishment. Please have your I.D. ready.
• Outside cigars are PROHIBITED in our store. Leave your cigar collection at home. Buy here, smoke here.
• Our policy does not allow for any tobacco products purchased from our store to be brought back at a later day for smoking within our establishment.
• The exchange or return of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited. All tobacco sales are final.
• Cigarette, vape and marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited in our establishment.
• No radios, bluetooth speakers or any loud devices allowed in our establishment.
• Seating area is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call ahead for any special events requiring reservation.
• To maintain cleanliness and preserve the comfort of all guests, Please keep your FEET off all furniture.
• Do not place your lit cigar on the edge of any table or furniture. Use the ashtrays provided by our establishment.
• Please promote respectful and inclusive communication. Profanity or derogatory language will not be tolerated in our establishment.
• For your convenience and safety, please wait for assistance to access cigars from the wall humidors.
